About the Role
We're looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our installation crew in Jasper, Alabama. Experience with concrete coatings is a plus but not required — we will train the right person. What we need is someone who shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and understands that quality prep is non-negotiable.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to job sites in North Central Alabama
- Ability to work outdoors in Alabama weather conditions
- Physical capability to operate grinding equipment and carry materials
- Attention to detail — every job is someone's home or business
- Willingness to learn and follow installation procedures correctly
- Valid driver's license
